Dr. Timothy James Rutkoski, MD

I've been waiting a week now to 'be approved' as a new patient. What is there to approve? I'm 57, they only asked for my insurance, my name, and my age. 57 is not too old nor young for a doctor to make a decision to accept me as a new patient, especially with only my age and gender. The female nurse was incompetent who took my information. She wanted my insurance information, it's United Health Care. I gave it to her and she asked me if this was Medicaid. I told her no. She then asked if I had health insurance. A second time I told her I was covered by United Health Care. I then informed her I was running out of blood pressure medication and was interested in getting an appointment quickly. After a week, I've yet to receive a call. I ended up finding another doctor. Is this the level of service, professionalism, and responsiveness you deserve from a doctor? Find a competent doctor, but don't try this one, you'll never hear back. I did call after I never heard from them… and asked to be seen by another doctor in their office. Got the same 'got to be approved by the doctor' spiel. And never heard back from them on the 2nd doctor either. Imagine what service you would receive if you had a medical issue more serious than running out of blood pressure medication!!!!!!

Feel so very lucky to have found Dr. Rutkoski. My husband, daughter and i all are patients and he is the best. Very attentive to all our needs and concerns. Always makes sure he answers all my questions and is one of the most careing doctors i have ever met. Would strongly recomment him to anyone looking for a excellent doctor.

Dr.Rutkoski was an excellent choice for my family. Dr.Rutkoski is a very intelligent, thorough and caring physician. He has a great bedside manner and caring personality. I feel fortunate to have found a physician of his calibur and character in Holland.

We have been using Dr. Rutkoski for the past 7 years and he is NUMBER ONE in his field. I wish half the doctors who practice today had half his heart, compassion, knowledge, bedside manner, and confidence as a doctor. He is a rare find nowadays in the horrible world of the medical field. I have used him not only for myself, my children, but now my whole family and most of my friends. Cannot say enough about how wonderful he is!!!!

I would definitely recommend Dr Rutkoski to others - I have. He is caring, listens to you, very in tune with you personally during your office visit with him.
