Dr. Timothy Luke Schneider, MD

I went to this doctor based on a recommendation by a previous patient. What she said of this office and what I experienced are not at all the same. From my first foot inside I could tell this office had an awkward vibe. The girls seemed very inadequate and while friendly did not seem to have a clue what they were doing. The elderly blonde lady seemed distracted and the doctor just rubbed me the wrong way altogether. I would never recommend this office. I have no confidence in my prescription and I will go elsewhere and pay for a whole new one than to risk that nonsense.

Under the smiles of the staff and physician, I feel great tension. Maybe it is due to staff turnover but I don’t feel the confidence I once had. I think Dr Schneider is a good surgeon but he seems distracted as of late.

I usually don’t write reviews but I must warn you about this practice. As a first time patient I waited so long. I was skipped by other people coming in. It seemed like all the staff was new for some reason and didn’t know what was going on. I was there for my eyes and it seems there is also a weight loss spa in the office. That’s the last thing I wanted shoved down my throat. It was distracting. The doctor disappeared while I was sitting in a room waiting for him and then spent no time with me at all. I was given print outs on a diagnosis that was not even discussed with me. Overall the organization was poor and the care I received was disturbing. I do not recommend this doctor.

I have visited Dr. Schneider's office several times - from initial visit to follow-up after highly successful cataract surgery. I have nothing but praise for him and his staff.

If you want to feel like yu are part of an assembly line, go to this doctor. His practice is large so he spends very little time with each patient. Does not explain or answer questions. Had to listen while his staff placed a to go order for lunch.

Didn't get no follow up, but am satisfied

Exceptionally knowledgeable, wonderfully caring, really great guy, and thorough and highly recommend.
