Summary
The first thing I like to tell the first-time parents is don't read too many books and try to stay off the internet because you're going to find a lot of stuff that panics you and every kid does their own thing. None of them follow the textbook exactly, so, just try to stay calm, take a deep breath, and as they taught us back in school, take your own pulse first when you're dealing with an emergency.
