Dr. Timothy Robert Willingham, MD

Timothy Willingham is only interested in seeing as many patients as he can. He has no clue how to take care of sick people, along with his colleague Nader Abdallah they are both a pair of clowns. I would never recommend this doctors office. The office is located in what seem's like a 'back alley' in a strip mall. Nader along with Timothy are a typical example of doctors giving the good ones a bad name.

i called just after release from Wellington Hospital to ask if they could call home services for me - I was told no. Mica was very rude to me - I told her I would complain to Dr Willingham about her, she brazenly asked if I wanted her to spell her name!! She never asked why I was in the hospital or if I needed an appointment. She is an example of someone who should not work in a doctors office. The office manager in this office is no better! I had a violent episode of vertigo that caused me to call 911 and I sure don't appreciate being treated this way!

The most friendly, caring medical staff I have ever come across. They are kind, gentle and the smiles offer a lovely atmosphere for patients. Dr. Willingham is one of the most competent and experienced Doctors I have ever met. He listened to me and my concerns attentively. This Doctor really does care about helping people get better. I am very satisfied with his practice, Better Me Healthcare. I am a very tough critic of medical care facilities, this includes the cleanliness, interior design, TV, lighting, odor and of course the medical staff. I have to candidly say, they are a first-rate team here and a world away from my previous doctor's crew, they were the cause of why I left and will never, ever return. Well including a onetime 6 HOUR shift in the waiting room to see him. However, it was a delight to be treated with professionalism and the utmost care. Dr. Willingham and the medical team made me feel that I was in safe and sound hands. Coming here is like dealing with a trusted… family. Would not consider changing doctors, ever. Very confident, very personable, very competent,Extremely conservative, down to earth one of the most pleasurable experiences I’ve ever had seeing a primary care physician. This is about my fourth primary care physician I’ve had in South Florida and I am planning to stay with this one. He is the best!

He is a great Dr. However, the office staff has gone way down hill. They have no manners and highly disorganized with zero professionalism.

Its impossible to schedule appointment by calling office, I had trouble reaching someone by phone so left a message. I had no call back so I went to Zoc Doc and twice they scheduled me wrong. I show up today and the front desk barely acknowledge you, then they ask for money as thats more important than making you feel comfortable. I scheduled a full physical and was told i was only scheduled for a sick visit and the sick visit costs money and the physical does not. So I did not get the care I needed, nor an apology or any attempt to make the situation better. I even had to change my job and childcare to make it there. Pretty poor ! He is a good doc but a terrible office can ruin it all

Very patient- oriented

I've spent years looking for a decent doctor in South Florida and I haven't had much luck. I've had some good experiences with Cleveland Clinic; however, the West Palm facility is difficult and getting an appointment takes forever. Dr. Willingham and this office as a whole, is different. Dr. Willingham listens closely, he has a great bedside manner, he's patient and caring. His office is clean, organized, fast and the staff are very helpful. The best primary care physician I've found in the area.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. W. I've never met a more caring and patient doctor!
