3 times I had the first appointment of the day, one of which I had to cancel because the front desk could not guaranteed that I would make it out of the office in three hours. Why? Because there was at least 15 to 20 people in the waiting room first thing in the morning, all there to see Dr. You. Assuming two people per group, that’s 7 to 10 people with the same appointment time. Dr, You has many technicians that will start your eye test in a timely manner. Then I have waited 2 to 3 hours to spend less then 5 minutes with the doctor. I complained to the front desk only to be told this is the way the doctor wants it. I had a Retina Peel that did not go well. Offer 12 months the doctor told me to come back in 2 more months, that 6 months after the surgery my eyes were still healing. It had already been 12 months since my surgery. I went to Dr. Kuppermann at UCI Medical, because Dr. You told me that nothing more could be done to fix my eye. The first thing my new doctor said to me… after looking at my eye was “the surgery to your eye is only halfway completed” It has now been 6 months since Dr. Kuppermann re-operated on my eye and I can already see much better then before. I wish you all the best. :)

How can you rate someone who saves your eyesight. I tell everyone about Dr. You and his great staff. I am so thankful I found this man.

Dr You has treated me for many years. I especially appreciate his openness and patience to make sure I understand what he sees from all tests and best guesses of what future may hold.

Dr. You is a super doctor. I totally trust him for my problems of uveitis and cystoid macular edema. He also did a great job removing my scleral buckle and on my vitrectomy. Dr. You is very kind and explains everything clearly. His staff is also very pleasant.

Dr. You carefully diagnosed and treated my Cystoid Macular Edema while thorougly explaining everything related to the CME and my other eye issues. I'm thankful for his care and professionalism.
