Dr. Tina Marie Chou, MD

She dismissed details I gave her regarding my daughter's experience with her vision. She wasn't sure why the symptoms were happening. She made a best guess. She told my daughter it will go away on its own. She wasn't thorough. She didn't try to get down to the bottom of the issue to try to find the cause. While I was talking to her about details and was asking her questions, she was on delay to answer me and stated she was typing chart notes. She should not be doing chart notes while it's my time. Overall, I'm extremely unsatisfied with her and it's because she just guessed what was wrong, guessed it would go away and didn't try to really find out.

Very dedicated to my special needs daughter. Dr. Chow goes the extra mile to get the most accurate diagnosis with her already very compromised vision.
