Dr. Pakala explained how my condition improved and that she was able to reduce the dosage of my medicine. She patiently answered all my questions and concerns and told me If I had any problems not to hesitate to contact her.

She was kind and patient

The provider explained my results with pictures; however, I was not able to fully understand what she was saying due to the anesthia. I was asked if I could sit up and see and I responded with I can not do anything. I received very little instruction on my discharge paperwork. 4 of the 6 sheets of paper did not pertain to me. I received some card that again was not explained in my discharge paperwork and 7 days later I am still awaiting answers. QR codes may be great for some folks, but I do not use nor understand. The staff that I called to ask questions could not tell me anything and to get an apt. With the provider would be 2 months or more. They did put a message to the provider, but still waiting on a call. For my first experience, I will not be returning to this facility. Overwhelmed, confused and not very satisfied.

She was very nice - it was routine so there wasn't much detail.
