Dr. Tina Val Williams, MD

The disregard for a patient is alarming. Right from the front desk the Indiana lady was rude and uncouth for no reason and kept going on the phone speaking personally to her person ignoring you. Do not waste your time going here if you would like good service.

Recently, I selected Dr. Tina Williams as my PCP through the list of providers per my insurance. The purpose of my visit was to have a full physical. Except for having my hormones checked, a full panel of blood and urine tests were done. I'm pleased that all the testing was done and more pleased all results were good. However, I found her to be rather aloof, un-attentive, and tired. Also, I was left with the impression that she's not as knowledgeable as I would expect her to be at least not concerning my issue. Despite the good results, I still have chronic insomnia. In my initial visit with her, I told her that I've experienced insomnia for the last 20 years and I'm 52 now. Her response was that insomnia in most people is hereditary and that I probably have someone in my family with the same problem. (In all my years of research for insomnia, I've never heard of that and I thought that was an uninformed response). I told her everyone in my family sleeps good. In my… 2nd visit with her after hearing all my tests were good, I brought up the insomnia again. She repeated her first analysis and concluded it must be hereditary since I had it all my life! I reminded her I didn't have it all my life and that everyone sleeps well in my family. On my own, I had a sleep study done and she had the results in hand showing that I don't have Sleep Apnea and no other sinus related problems. The doctor that did the sleep study said it could be a neurological or hormonal problem and that my PCP could take over on that. Well Dr. Williams seemed to be a dear in headlights when I mentioned that. I told her that I felt it could be neurological or hormonal, as well, and I asked her if she thought my hormones s/b checked. She said, "for what?". I told her because of the insomnia which could be related to many years of pre-menopause based on my research. She seemed to be baffled by the idea. She basically skipped over that matter and told me she'll see me next year. Needless to say, I won't be visiting her office anymore. She seemed to have plenty of patients. Perhaps I wasn't the right kind of patient for her in that my needs just didn't fall under her expertise. I need someone that addresses all my concerns fully and more attentively. I would have expected her to know enough to refer me to a GYN and/or a Neurologists. I trust she's got a lot of good things going for her since she does have her own practice. She's appears to be at least 60. Perhaps she needs a long vacation. I do wish her well and perhaps this review will lead to her consider her demeanor and attentiveness.

She cares about what is troubling you. She doesn't just come and start touching you. She sits with you and inquires; which makes one feel very comfortable, and then we go from there. We love Dr. T!

The rudest staff I have ever met. And the doctor is terribly unconcerned about anything.

The entire staff except for the lady that schedules appointments need an attitude adjustment. Just like the old saying, "Treat people the same way you want to be treated", but if you choose to be disrespectful, don't be alarm when someone disrespects you...this is known as bad Karma!

Dr. Williams does not care about her patients . Do not go to see this doctor . Her personality is cold and unprofessional .I am 5 months pregnant with a serous case hypertension. I needed a referral to see a cardiologist who specializes in high risk pregnancies . I called 4 times for 3 days . The nurse practitioner left several messages . She said she has never experienced anything like this . No return calls . I had to drive to Dr. Tina Williams office to find out what was going on . When I did see her she acted like she didn't know or understand what I needed . She had a salty attitude . She wanted me to see there cardiologist. For time sake I ended up doing just that . I had to call to get the results faxed over and there wasn't notes attached. This is not helping my hypertension . The specialist called her and it was not nice !! He said please get another primary care doctor this women does not care about her patients .

Most irritating thing is when a Dr office do not follow up and give client the run around. Then ignore your calls when you call to get issues resolved. You wait forever and a day to see the Dr. One time the they forgot I was in the room to be seen....really!!! I am just going to say that they have lost 2 patients. Jackie states she did something and then in the end she doesn't. I just don't get it.

She does not care about her patients, only thing she cares about getting appointments and make money.Staff is very rude and unprofessional.I waited for hours and dr. didn't give enough time to talk and left in the middle.its very hard to talk to dr. even in emergency because she doesn't talk to patients on phone and u r forced to make appoinment and wait for hours in the waiting room.This dr. is a curse on the name of this profession.

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. GONNA CHANGE MY PC ON MY INSURANCE. THE DOCTOR HAS ABSOLUTELY NO PERSONALITY OR ANY GOOD PERSONALITY. SHE COULD CARE LESS ABOUT HER PATIENTS. I DOUBT SHE EVEN KNOWS THEIR NAMES.

I have gone to her office twice and the atmosphere was worse this time around. The reviews are on point...wait times in excess of an hour with NO APOLOGY, rushed diagnosis, staff follows the leadership example of the doctor (ie - no bedside manner, grave indifference, rude oftentimes). Left in the middle of my appt, said she'd be right back, but instead she sent staff member in with a referral and scripts for me to fill. Wants to follow up in 6 weeks. I don't think so. My copays would be well-spent elsewhere nor will you further infringe on my insurance benefits.
