Dr. Ting-Chuan Chang, MD

Dr. Betty Edmond is a senior physician executive with leadership experience at a tertiary health care organization and medical practice experienced in academics and private practice. Her experience includes serving 11 years as Vice President of Medical Affairs/Medical Director of Children’s Hospital of Austin, now Dell Children’s Medical Center of Central Texas, and 16 years of research, teaching and/or practice in Pediatric Infectious Diseases.


Throughout her career, Dr. Edmond has always been interested in nutrition. In 2008 she completed training at the Natural Epicurean Academy of Culinary Arts in Austin where she studied culinary arts and health management, to include supportive food and lifestyle practices for individuals interested in learning about disease prevention and management of their own health. She has also pursued an interested in integrative care management and, in 2008, began service on the Board of Governors for the Academy of Oriental Medicine of Austin and …the Strategic Development Advisory Council of Good Health Commons, an Integrative Care Center within the Seton Family of Hospitals.
