Dr. Demmy was very thorough and spent time explaining what he saw in the CT scan and the different ways we can go at this time. He gave us his opinion and let us choose which one we were comfortable with. We never felt rushed. He is still following up with us. Recommend him.

local doctor messed up not telling me what he found, I found out 3 years later and saw Dr. Demmy who did a complete workup and called me at home several times to follow up. Thankful for both him and the fact nothing serious took place in the 3 years I didn't know I had a problem.

Dr. Demmy is a great surgeon, very professional and very accurate. But I felt that most of my nurses while I was in the hospital recovering are hardly available and not great on responding quickly. I hit the call button when I was having an esophageal spasm and it took over ten painful minutes just to get a cup of malox, and they weren't often friendly.

He is the best.
