Just wow man. Like do you even work here ?

Well two points to mention. I was with this office years ago with Dr Travis and I love Dr Travis. The office is so incredibly incompetent with messages and everything else that a good doctor's office you would typically expect. I'm writing this now because my wife was referred to dr. Levine in this office. Dr. Levine was so arrogant and was arguing that my wife not being able to walk was in her head when she had a medication that only treats MG that WORKED!! I had been to many doctors myself and some with my wife and NEVER had we had an experience like we did.. Just a heads up to all.. Also I would recommend that he might button up his shirt as it was open quite low.. Not to pro for a doctor. I feel bad leaving such a bad review but I need to for the others. This is for you not to get steam out towards him.. I worry that there had been more misdiagnosis that are out there that would have happen with my wife.. Barrow here we come..

This was the best medical appointment (of many) in my life. I have seen 3 previous neurologist (including Barrow) in the last couple of years for a lifelong complicated and relatively rare condition. The previous providers seemed hurried, and the level of care felt like “drive through” healthcare, compared to this office. The office feels more comfortable than clinical, and the staff matches the atmosphere. The entire staff seemed genuinely happy, patient, thorough, and concerned. Dr Levine had read my entire history (extensive) before I arrived, and listened to my symptoms/ concerns carefully and thoughtfully, interjecting easy to understand explanations for some, and extracting important information from my laundry list of strange symptoms. By the end of the appointment, Dr Levine explained his thoughts thoroughly and in a way that was easily understandable. He related many targeted possibilities, and a plan to address each one. He made desperately needed adjustments to my… medications, and scheduled a barrage of testing (which he again explained thoroughly). The staff returned and conducted what tests they could in the office, and then scheduled the remaining tests as quickly as they could. I hope this is what health care is like in the future, but for now, I can’t imagine a better medical experience than I had at HonorHealth Neurology. I feel hopeful for the first time in a long time, and I can’t thank the staff enough. Thank you HonorHeath Neurology! Sincerely, Pat

Always takes multiple phone calls to get refills requested by pharmacy. I called to renew a prescription I have taken for years but the dosage has decreased. I requested the order be sent to Humana. It was sent to Walmart for only 30 days with one refill. This makes no sense. I use This medication every day. I have not renewd it in some time because I was taking it three times a day. If there was confusion why didn't someone call me. I need 90 pills at a time to cover the maximum time possible. The last time I saw Dr Levine I just forgot to take care of this?

Doctors Levine care team is terrible. They do not return phone calls. I left the 5 message of the past couple old weeks and no response;onse. I am calling to get results of some blood test. This is unacceptable and inexcusable for a patient to be treated this way. John Stih

I have had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Levine for several years now. He is an amazing caregiver. Compassionate, quick response by email or phone, genuinely cares about how you are feeling and your quality of life. He is always up on current medical therapies and looks outside of the box for treatment. Knowing my fear of taking medications, he has always given me that little push I need. He is wonderful at explaining different thoughts on different treatments and he will flat out tell you if he believes something will or won’t help. And he recognizes when I need to think something over. Before Dr. Levine, I lived in constant fear of being on my own with no one to look after my healthcare. I had other Drs, however the level of commitment required for my complicated condition was nonexistent. You are never on your own with Dr. Levine and his team. They take every question, concern and suggestion straight to heart. I am truly blessed to be under his care.

Explain your symptoms n immediately he knows the problem and orders necessary test to Validate his Diagnosis. He researches every rare disease he suspects with all exams that prove his educated diagnosis. At my age of 74 yo he suspected I had a very rare genetic disorder ordering MRI which confirmed his diagnosis. One of Best Neurologist in Phoenix Az accompanied by other Fantastic Neurologists in his Office/Clinic!

Four years ago Dr. Levine changed my life by finally diagnosing what was happening in my body after years of not knowing and many, many other doctor visits. He immediately took control and set out to give me the best quality of life possible inspire of my circumstances. He doesn't rest until he has done so either! Patient advocate!!!

Saw Dr Levine once he told me he was ordering 3 tests and they would have to get the insurance approval first. After 3 months of hearing nothing I called and left message only to get no return call. After another month of nothing I called and spoke with a person. She apologized and told me someone will call me back the same day. Now a month later I've heard nothing still. My neurologist sent me yo him because he "specializes" in what I have, I wouldn't know since I can't seem to get anything done.

One of the BEST if not the Best in Arizona.
