Dr. Todd Eric Fox, MD

The nuances of technology has taken over the human communication. Dr Fox is very kind and equally as professional, the amount of time typing on a laptop versus speaking to me didn’t generate a patient:dr communication. Plus, we both found out there were vast miscommunications between departments. I hadn’t been notified of my X-rays results and his laptop info said I had been. I will continue to see Dr Fox, I’m just disillusioned with the lack of contact.

Dr. Fox is a very good doctor. He has accurately taken care of my needs and is a very friendly doctor who listens to you.

Nurses called to set up appt to review the MRI....I had not even had the MRI scheduled yet. I have had ongoing medical problems and have yet to find a solid diagnosis.

I arrived at the front desk about 5 minute prior to the appointment. I was in the waiting room right at the time of the appointment. 10 minutes later my names was called and I walked into the office. As I walked in, I was told to "Stand over there". I saw where the woman was pointing and it was the weighing machine. I stood on it and was told "35". I looked around and saw number 35 written outside a room. Assuming that is what she meant, I walked into the room. To make a long story short, I was treated like I had an IQ of "0" and my time did not mean anything. When asked the doctor if they did surveys for customer satisfaction, he told me talk to the office Manager after revealing that they did those on occasions. I told him he could keep my co-pay and in response he told me that they would refund my money which I did not care to waste my time on. If I am giving them my business, I at least would like to be treated as a human being. I would take my business where I am extended a… bit of courtesy.

He sees our entire family. He is nice, friendly & he listens. He has taken very good care of our family for 9 years. Ages 2-40.
