Medical expertise unquestionable

Grateful for medical expertise and compassionate nature.

Scheduled for a regular check up at 3pm. 3.30 pm nothing happened, when asking about my appointment, I get an answer that I will be called and that I should count on being there for 2-3 hours!! When did a regular eye exam ever take 2-3 hours? This sounds like disorganized overbooking, ie greed.

Was going to leave a nastygram on here but it appears everyone else beat me to it. Don't want to pile on the poor guy, but his staff seem quite used to apologizing on his behalf.

Waiting for 2 hours and his first question was my nationality not a single question about my symptoms. No exam at all what a waste of time.

Dr. Goodglick is an excellent ophthalmologist specialized in orbital surgery and the nerves around the eye. He correctly diagnosed issues that others have missed. I was very lucky to take my daughter there for a second opinion and eye surgery.

It may not easy to get to Dr Goodglick, but he is an excellent neuro-opthalmologist. His diagnosis is thorough and reliable. If your issue is within his field, he will almost certainly diagnose it accurately. He is also pleasant in his interactions, and his general advice on medical matters outside his specialization is also reliable.

I went for a cosmetic procedure and had a complication. I knew something was wrong immediately but was not taken seriously. It's a long and painful story but I ended up having to go to Hopkins and will have to undergo a serious surgery to correct the problem. It will take me a year to get over this, and the response was, "Once you go down this road, things can happen." Of course, that was not mentioned prior to surgery.

He was great. Complicated situation, he made it as easy as possible.

I have had several appointments with him. He is an excellent doctor.
