He is so excellent. I was in terrible shape when no would help in mayo, Iowa city, and he made my body work again. He saved my life. He knows his stuff in side and out.

Rude and arrogant. Treated me very poorly, acted as if I was a drug seeker.

Dr Harbach does not go straight into surgery. He opts for pain management and physical therapy first. When all other options have been tried, then he operates. I have been pain free for 5 years thanks to Dr Harbach and his staff.

Waited over an hour for appointment scheduled weeks in advance -- and could see & hear Harbach conversing with building staff from the waiting room. He did not listen to me. His stated goal for treatment of my arthritic spine is that I "become the best looking woman" in "Spandex."

After the Artifical Disc was implanted and My pain still pesisted...Dr Harbach Refused to Treat me Futher.

Dr. Harbach did surgery on my lower back approx 3 years ago. When he told me that in about 6 months after surgery I could do just about anything, I didn't believe him. It was true! He is an incredibly intelligent doctor and has a wonderful bedside manner. I would and have recommended him to many.
