Had an a wonderful appointment with Dr. Rickett yesterday. He took his time clearly explaining and answering all my questions and was very thorough and professional in every way. Awesome.

Dr. Rickett was very nice and courteous. My review will be a low score due to not receiving a phone call back from my question on the medication that was prescribed to me. When I tried to pick up my prescription, one of the creams cost over $400. When I called Dr. Rickett's staff (30 minutes later 10:00am), I was told that I would get a call back with alternatives. NO CALL! I am disappointed to say the least. Also, I left the office without a list of medications that were being prescribed by Dr. Rickett so I could speak to which medication/cream cost more than the others. I had absolutely nothing to reference other than an item was over $400. I should have been given a list of prescribed items as well as instructions on how and when to use. Also, the nurse in the room writing down issues, history, etc acted non-professional at times. When explaining my issues and morning routines she just laughed at what I was showing her. I even made a comment, 'is this too much for you?'. Low… rating.

Quick and easy assessment of problem, and provided immediate options for moving forward.

Everyone was courteous, polite, and very helpful. Dr Rickett is a plus to his profession. He was compassionate to my situation, my upcoming surgery, and vents. Thank you so much, what a nice young, professional.

Dr. Rickett and the staff are professional and took their time to listen to my concern. He evaluated and explained his findings while offering a diagnosis for the age spots on my face. He treated the spots and I am happy to say all have healed very well and no more brown spots.
