I went to numerous doctors before Dr Russell correctly diagnosed me with a very rare disease one in 200,000 auto immune disease. was diagnosed at the first visit after a test. Disease is treated medically and not surgically. so i went to Cleveland Clinic . They wasted months trying to find correct combination of drugs, I asked Dr Russell and he suggested MTX which I finally told DR at CC to put me on. The drug worked Prior to that I was on Immuran from Cleveland which became very toxic to liver, Also second opinion surgeon wanted to do bypass and I ask Dr Russell he said no I would bleed to death in Operating Room _ with inflammed arteries not supposed to do surgery also when I had a DVT he had me out in 3 days when I had a deep vein clot 4 years ago was in hospital for 2 weeks under an internal medicine group
