I had found out I had a brain tumor we chose removal I haven’t been able to come back and visit but wanted to let him know in 2 weeks it will be 6 years since surgery and still going great! Thank the lord for the right surgeon!

Dr. Kidd came to my room first after being admitted to Memorial Hospital and explained briefly what my MRI showed and gave me a break down of my treatment options. Then he told me Dr. Thompson would be in after a short while and go over all the options again as he would be the surgeon, if I choose that option. Dr. Thompson came in very shortly after that and explained every option possible. He answered everyone of my questions patiently and with my problems my best option was having the lower back operation (L1-L5). I was scheduled for the next morning and went through it without a problem. I'm still recovering, but what a difference. I'm a new man. Thank you Dr. Thompson and Dr. Kidd for your care and expertise. I'll never be able to repay you for giving me my life back with my adult children and esp. my grandchildren. I can now keep spoiling my grandkids.

I'm a 33 year old Barber and Father of 3 so not being able to work is a problem I had multiple herniated discs that by surgery time ruptured. Dr. Thompson and his team took amazing care of me from the first appointment to working with my insurance and follow up. I have suffered for back pain since my teens and after a car accident in 2012 it was to the point that getting out of bed was a struggle. Dr. Thomson and Dr. Kidd changed my life I'm now a husband and father again no more watching life go by without me.

Dr Thompson offered outstanding communication and solid info. He listed to our concerns and answered them all.

I learned through another oncologist that Dr. Thompson said I had fired him as my neuro surgeon. I wrote a letter which was not nice but did not fire him and would not until and unless I could find a qualified neurosurgeon with GKS access. I could not get the information I wanted about MRI, GKS scheduling and availability and I disagree with the Dr. about who is responsible for my mental health. He may be a fine neurosurgeon but I am uncomfortable about not getting the facts I need. His secretary, Andrea did not communicate with me well either.
