Went to Dr Sursal for back pain. Received a shot that gave 100% pain relief for months.

He is patient, knowledgeable, and listens to his clients. I never feel any judgements or pressure to do anything with talking it through with him until I understand. He truly wants you to feel better.

He was very polite. He listened to what I had to say. He provided multiple treatment options, with his recommendation of where to start for helping with my pain issues that I have had for over 7 years.

Wonderful first time visit

Dr. Sural was polite and listened to me. He didn’t shrug me off as just another patient to get in and out. He also said we were going to find out what is causing my spinal pain. He ordered more test. Also he understood why I don’t want a bandaid to cover up the pain but I wanted a reason and a fix.

Thank you Dr Sursal and staff for great office visit. I was a little nervous not knowing what to expect but everyone was very kind and patient. Highly recommend them.

Dr. Sursal and his staff are fantastic. Very attentive to my questions and answered in terms that a non medical person can understand. Clearly explained options to correct my spinal issues. Wonderful folks to deal with and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Today was my first appointment with Dr. Sursal following my x-rays and his review of same. He was very calm, informative and let me know an mri was needed to get more data on my lower back issues. He reached out to the mri sources and got my name on several lists to speed up the mri appointment process. Very pleased with his time he spent with me and look forward to a full diagnosis and subsequent treatment and improvement.

I had my appointment with Dr. Sursal today. and was expecting the worst because of my ongoing back pain. The good news is believe it or not it’s only fractured lol but it will heal in a couple months and I don’t require surgery so that indicates to me that he makes sure that he covers what is needed not what he could do. I’m very appreciative for that. All of his staff, surgical Director, nurses, x-ray, tech assistant, scribe have all been very professional, friendly, and at the top of their game. If needed, I will continue to use him in the future and would suggest him to anybody else. Thank you, Dr. Sursal
