Dr. Tolly Williams Garrett, MD

Dr. Tolly W. Garrett was born in New Orleans, LA and grew up in Atlanta, GA. She earned High Honors from the Georgia Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science in Applied Biology. After graduating from the University of Alabama School of Medicine in June 1994, she moved to NC for her pediatric residency at East Carolina University. In 1997, she and her husband Jim, a US Marine, were transferred to Corpus Christi, TX where she practiced on the Naval Base for three years before returning to NC where she joined Coastal Children’s Clinic in 2001. They transferred again in 2003 to Alexandria, VA, where she had a private practice until 2007 when they returned to the area. She and Jim are raising their daughter, Aberly, and son, Baker, in Swansboro. She is active in her church and enjoys spending time with her family. Dr Garrett serves patients from Jones County such as Jacksonville, Trenton, Pollocksville and Swansboro in our Maysville office.
