Dr. Toni Victoria Centanni, MD

She was very dismissive about my health concerns, especially after finding out I had Medicaid. No bedside manner,such as knocking on door before entering exam room. Very rude and rude to her staff.

Dr. Centanni misdiagnosed me years ago with vaginal pollops while I was in my second trimester of pregnancy. After numerous phone calls of issues I was having and her dismissing everything I was telling her, I lost my pregnancy. She has no bedside manner and didn’t take extra time to evaluate me properly. Thanks to her negligence, I found an amazing Dr. Hany Gaafer-Ahmed in Hackensack. I do not recommend thus physician to anyone.

Dr Centanni delivered both of my children at Chilton (at the new birthing center) that was in 1996 and 1998!! I had been going to Dr C since moving into the area in 1990. Dr C is a calm person, and calming force during your most vulnerable hours during childbirth. The care she provided up to childbirth and now beyond into my years of menopause has been excellent. I am so pleased to have her as my Dr. I know that she is knowledgeable and provides me with the best care while listening to me and my personal ideals. I.E. my birth plan stressed no i.v., Dr C went along with that. Also we had many debates concerning episiotomy vs. no episiotomy. Guess what, she was right ;)

I was a new patient and was squeezed in as a emergency visit. The person who greeted me was very welcoming and the nusrse was terrific. Dr Centanni was WONDERFUL. She made me so comfortable. She explained everything as she was examining me and reassured me. She explained my options. 3 days after my visit she called me to follow up. She is great and I highly recommend her.

I had tests done at this facility. The day I had my tests done, the medical staff ignored me in the waiting room while they talked about what they would do if they won the lottery. I had to physically enter the nurse/receptionsist station in order for them to acknowledge me. Then whe the tests came in, a nurse (?) named Nancy called with the results - one time. I had to call back 4 times before Nancy would return my phone call. Then she lied to me that she contacted me several times. Every call on my cell phone, the only contact number they have, is logged. Every call - in coming and out going, therefore I know for a fact that Nancy lied. Then Nancy continued to tell me that another nurse or the doctor could have provided the result. Nancy did not give an explanation as to why that did not happen the 3 previous times I called. I am never going back. I'm sure they won't miss me, eiher. Why would they want a patient that expects them to do their job??

Wonderful bedside manner. Very thorough-figured out mylongtime problem when many other doctors gave up on me

I was pressured into an induction, which led to a cesarean. I changed practices for my second child and was able to have a VBAC

She is knowledgeable, compassionate I would recommend her highly.

I was a new patient and I was very, very nervous about my visit. This doctor made me feel so comfortable and at ease.She was very easy to talk to and explained everything in detail. Unfortunatly, I had to have surgery, but she was outstanding in her care and bedside manner. I highly recommend her!
