Dr Toni Coombs Burns

Love her, trust her, and find her to be extremely knowledgeable, happy, understanding and hears whatever you have to say to her. Been seeing Dr. Coombs for many years.

I have been seeing Dr.Coombs for over 10 years.She has seen me through some ruff Times.She is kind and caring and makes you feel at ease.She takes her time with you even though you might have to wait a bit.I know I can trust her because I have had trust issues in the past with doctors.Her diagnosis are always on track.You could never go wrong with her.

I am a patient of one of Dr. Coombs' colleagues. However, after contracting a severe illness over a weekend, I was in doubt about how to treat it at home or whether even, perhaps, to go to an emergency room. I called my Doctor's office for advice, and they said that they would have the "doctor on call" return my call. Dr. Coombs returned my call. When I described my symptoms to her, she said, "I don't know what you expect me to do." She asked no questions about my condition and getting information out of her was like pulling teeth. I was left brainstorming on what could be wrong and what to do, and asking what she thought about this idea or that idea. Her responses were curt and useless. I honestly can't believe that any doctor would treat any patient, where her's or not...whether in person or on the phone, with such callousness. I wouldn't recommend her to my worst enemy.

I have been a patient since 2000. I have never been unsatisfied with Dr. Coombs or any of her nurses. Dr. Coombs listens to my, she asks me questions and taked time with me. Thanks Dr Coombs for your service.

Decent care. Too anxious to prescribe unnecessary drugs - though getting a refill for routine cholesterol prescription is way too difficult. Combined with the fact that you need an appointment ($$$) to even talk makes this doctor too difficult to deal with. Billing was typically bad, and usually happened before the insurance even had a chance to respond.

I will never recommend this Dr. to anyone. My husband and I first started out together under Dr. Coombs. He had sense and changed right away!! I stayed for way to long. She is not pleasant at all and always has a smirly frown on her face. Not a personable Dr at all. I actually would cancel my appts because I didn't want to deal with her.

Dr. Coombs is very professional and informative in managing overall health care with referrals to physicians I have found appropriate for my needs. She is very courteous and understanding and caring regarding all of your needs.

Dr. Coombs is a great listener and shows compassion to her patients. My only complaint is the wait time. I waited over an hour in the patient room in a hospital gown. Needless to say I wasn't too happy about that. Since I only go once a year.....it is manageable. Follow up also could be better. I had to call to get my physical results.

I tried calling Dr. Coomb's office 3 different days to make an appointment and never received a call back. It is bad enough that I never had a person answer the phone (automated and always asks to leave a message), but to not call someone back on 3 different occasions is unreal.
