I truly loved how attentive Dr. Toni was to my concerns. She took the time to answer all of my questions and offered several options, which really helped me feel informed and supported in making my decisions.

Dr. Mason-Jones is truly an outstanding OB-GYN. From my first visit, she made me feel comfortable and respected — something that can be hard to find in such a personal area of care. She takes the time to listen, explain every step, and never makes you feel rushed. Her bedside manner is calm, kind, and reassuring, and she genuinely cares about her patients’ well-being. The office staff is also friendly and professional, and scheduling is always easy. I couldn’t recommend Dr. Mason-Jones more highly to anyone looking for a compassionate and knowledgeable OB-GYN.

Dr. Mason-Jones is the consummate professional with a very caring and kind approach. She makes you feel comfortable and listens to your concerns. I have been a patient for many years and would highly recommend her as a top medical professional.

I’ve been Mrs. Jones patient for over 11yrs. Everytime I see her she is very professional. Her team(new team 2022) is about professionalism. Any question I have she answers. I wouldn’t trade her for the world. I’ve had the best experience with her being my OBGYN.

She is the best OB-GYN I have ever experienced. I searched high and low for a Black HCP. Thank God I came across her information. Very attentive, caring, poised and professional. I literally cried at the thought of the possibility of delivering when she is not available. She made my pregnancy pleasant. Capital Woman’s Care people, Capital Woman’s Care people…give her a raise.

The receptionists are terrible. The doctor herself seems to have amnesia. Doesn’t bother to read over folder before entering room. Doesn’t answer questions. Just seems to be in it for the money.

This doctor did not address my issues . Dr. Mason-Jones acted like a cold fish.

Waiting on lab results for 2 weeks, nobody returns your phone calls/messages while you still sit with symptoms.... The office manager is the certified medical assistant; how can you do both? Very disappointed, I think there is only 4 people working in this office including the doctor.

Excellent physician and staff. Because it has been a while since I have been to the doctor's I was a little apprehensive. Dr. Jones made me feel totally relaxed.

I had a bad experience there no promptness the Doctor always forget like she have amnesia and the patient scheduling is over booked and always crowded no where to sit waiting for a long period while on your feet pregnant. The new girl Paris don't know what she's doing very unprofessional
