Dr. Tony Tuan Chuong, MD

Dr. Chuong was very rude, I asked for a doctors note needed for work and he said “I don’t care”. I asked what do you mean, he said “I don’t care what you need, I don’t have time for that”. Also the wait is horrible no matter if you get there early you’d still be there another 2 hours.

He is a very good Doctor. You don't stay long in his office at all. He get right to what is wrong with you. And his staff is very nice young ladies.

I have a lot of ailments and have all sorts of doctors for all different issues, but he is our family doctor. My whole family and extended family goes to this doctor. I personally have been going to him for 12 years. Last 12 years, he's super awesome, diagnostics are usually on the dot. But his staff has issues and I don't think they care to change. They are not courteous, professional, and always mess up my appointment times and dates. The waiting time is awful. I'm always there at least 75 minutes every visit. I just decide to put up with their crap because I don't want to give up such a good doctor.

I been coming to Dr Tony Chuong for a long time he is very pleasure and his staff very kind if you treat the staff even if you upset with them remember we are from a foreign countries sometime that can be a problem because we don't speak you language so sometime we says thing n u might take it a different way we all human so forgives the staffs.. I know that don't meant anything in anyway so don't let that make your day so had just because they have good doctor you there to see the doctor not the staff.....so let it go for that comment everyone is different or i think you all should consider of the doctor more importance then the staff itself you wont find many doctor this kindness in any kind way....

I & my wife,daughter,son-in-law, & grandkids have been going to Dr. Chuong for several years.(2-5 yrs.?) He is an excellent doctor. His office staff are the worst you could imagine. Examples: 1. I feel bad for a couple of days - I decide then that I'm sick and need to see the doctor - I call for an appointment - their standard responce is we can see you in two days. That means I have to feel bad for a week before I can see the doctor. What's up with that? When your sick you need to see the doctor now,not two days from now. 2. My grandson found out, by accident, on the last day of school registration, that he needed a shot in order to finish registration that day. Their responce - see ya in two days. 3. My wife had an appointment (that she made two days earlier) to get a medication refill. At the last minute I realized I needed the same refill also. In the office I asked to go in WITH my wife to see the doctor and they had a "fit and fell in it". After an argument I was allowed to go… in with my wife. The office staff attitude seems to be - they don't want to do any more paperwork than they have to to get through the day. Less appointments equals less work!

Dr. Chuong genuinely cares for his patients. He takes the time to know you and your family personally. I will forever go to him.
