This man is a thief. He sold me faulty arch supports. He had them custom fitted and told me the would last me a while. I told him I am on my feet at least 12 hours a day and would wear them out prematurely. He assured me I would not. Well, I did. When I called to tell his office they said I had to see the dr. I asked if I would have to pay. After 2 days and a couple of calls he called me and said I would have to pay because he would have to re evaluate me in order to find out how to remake them correctly. I did not find that settling considering The product failed. He said my insurance will cover the visit. When I got to my scheduled appointment, he came into the room and handed me a piece of paper he said he got the day before when he talked to the company. This was the warranty that the manufacturer gave him. He knew the day before I came that they were not going to replace them under warranty. When I tried to talk with him about it, he ran out the door and said call them and we… are with you. That to me is fraud. He stated that I have deformed feet and that inserts won’t last because of that. It would have been nice to know that before I purchased them. I have almost 500. Into useless insoles. The Dr stated that he didn’t make them so it’s not his problem. I disagreed with him. I realize he didn’t make them but he is the distributor. He should have contacted the manufacturer and stood behind me. Instead he ran away. By the way, the manufacturer ceo went to prison for fraud. Makes me wonder what other venders he uses. I would never trust this man!!!!
