Most AWFUL doctor in NY. Waited for two hours to see this doctor. Ask lot of personal and unnecessary questions would never listen to your problems and give you high doses medicine. If you try to have talk about your health problems instantly you will get insulted he will yell at you and attack you with some personal stuff. So rude and bad manner.

Dr. Shiblee is a nice man however the office is extremely unorganized. They set several individuals with the same appointment times so the wait time is ridiculous. The office has a bad odor. The office does not provide water. The office staff assumed I was a man and filled out my paper work for blood work as Male instead of verifying my sex. Very unethical office and extremely unprofessional. Go elsewhere.

This guy stop on the middle of my consultation and show me the door because he said he has to see other patient. Staff hard to communicate with!

I have been looking for a PCP doctor for a while. I happen to be lucky enough to cross paths with Dr. Shiblee. On the first visit I knew he was special. This man is just the most caring, kindest and understanding Doctor, I have ever met. If you are looking for a compassionate Doctor, he is your man. I will tell you if he ever leaves Crystal Run, I will certainly follow him to wherever his new office is. I truly feel blessed to be under his care.....I adore him and appreciate everything he has done to help me. We are in the process of figuring some stuff out now and I know he will. He is amazing. Give him a try you will not be disappointed. With everything being HMO and about quantity not quality....He does not take that route...He is about care......and will devote his time to you....Thank you Dr. Shiblee for being you!
