Condescending and rude is my impression. Unable to reach when needed. Office does not communicate. Tell you yes but never write the order. Always passing the buck.

Our 14 yr old son tore his ACL...we originally went to see the surgeon that repaired my ACL a few years back and we did not have a good experience. Our pediatrician recommended Dr. Delucia and I just can not say enough good things about her. We waited a long time to see her...it was busy... but she spent a good hour talking to us...asked many questions and most importantly made our son feel comfortable and at ease with the entire procedure (he was very nervous). My son loved her!! I just can't thank her enough. Our son is back doing what he loves....sports. Thank you Dr. Delucia.

We waited in the waiting room for an hour, watching people that had arrived after us, be called back, be seen by the doctor and leave. Very frustrating. When we were finally called back to an exam room, we waited an additional 25 minutes to see the doctor. We were in the office for a total of 2 hours, with 15 minutes spent with the doctor. This is completely unacceptable and unnecessary. Would definitely not go back to this doctor. There was absolutely nothing about her or her staff that was worth that wait. Her ARNP was very curt and unfriendly as well. While the doctor was professional, she was not very friendly, and barely acknowledged how long she had kept us waiting. I will definitely seek out a different doctor and start all over again, before I would go back to this one.

I could not find anyone to see my sons injury. We traveled 2 hours to see Dr. Delucia and she was so worth it! she diagnosed my son and treated him immediately. Her staff were very kind and helpful! My 14 year old is 6'3 200lbs and hard to handle when he is non weight baring. The staff helped me get him in and out of the office with ease.

My son had a knee injury in the middle of baseball season and she set realistic expectations and helped find baseball-related activities he could do while he healed. She really cared about his spirit and happiness. I would highly recommend her and St Joseph's Hosptal.
