my issues with Dr jones and her office are that when I call the receptionist never knows who I am, can never find my file and wants to start me as a "new" patient. It takes forever to get an appointment. My Meds run out all the time because I can't get the appointment and to get a script over the phone is so difficult. The script is never mailed out when it is suppose to be or called in to the pharmacy. I've gone a week without Meds at a time because of these issues and the sad part is the Dr does not seem to care about it or think it's a big deal.

Dr. Jones is an excellent doctor who makes you feel like you have a "say" in your own treatment. She is kind, caring, and professional. I wish my primary care doctor was as good as her!
