Dr. Tracey Clovis Wallace

He’s very thorough and caring about his patience. He had found things and how to correct things in my health that other doctors did not for years. I appreciate him very much.

Had problems with severe facial irritation from wearing masks while traveling (lips splitting, leaving scars, etc). Dr Wallace acknowledged the problem and prescribed 4000 mg daily dose of valtrex. I had an upcoming trip and asked if I could get a medical waiver to avoid wearing a mask on that trip. Dr said to try the valtrex first and he'd consider the waiver. So I tried the valtrex but continued to have facial problems from wearing masks. I called back and explained the situation, and Dr Wallace told me he would not give me a waiver for the trip because he was worried other people might get sick. I am a reasonable person and am willing to self isolate and take a covid test right before my trip to assure I'm not spreading anything, but Dr Wallace was not interested. I am changing doctors. My doctor needs to be focused primarily on MY health, not on the health of people who aren't his patients.

I changed my PC physician to Dr. Wallace and have found him and his team to be very good. He is a very concerned and compassionate doctor and his team is also accommodating. I'm glad that I found him.

Dr Wallace is a good doctor, but his staff is both arrogant and rude. I wasn’t the most polite individual on the phone, but there was absolutely no excuse for how condescending they were to me. I will not return to either him or the urgent care practice which is a shame because he is a good doctor. I also will NEVER recommend the East Cobb facility to anyone. Good luck to anyone who actgors there and need ms help.

Dr Wallace is awesome. His office staff is the worst! My whole family use to go to him but because of the office staff, they had to find another doctor. I would recommend dr Wallace once he gets his office staff under control.

Dr Wallace is a remarkable doctor, however his staff is less than desirable. If you should need infor/records for a specialists, his staff does not accommodate. Call them, they ask you to hold, which after holding for a period of time, rolls to an answering machine. I had to show up in person to get the requested info/records to find all four staff members sitting in a circle talking. I reiterated why I was there, again they wanted to pass me off to each other. This has happened to me personally several times over the years. Seriously ladies, you're causing Dr. Wallace to lose clientele. A great doctor should have a caring and helping office staff, and that your are not. you don't even deserve one star.

I have found Dr. Wallace to be an excellent doctor, as well as a good diagnostician. He is patient and caring, all things that are so important to a patient. I have and will continue to do so recommended him to others who are in need of a new physician. His office staff is always pleasant, polite and friendly.

Never reponds to pharmacy refill request without having to call the office multiple times. Leave multiple messages but no return phone calls.

Dr. Wallace has wonderful bedside manner. He really cares about his patients. Even the office staff are pleasant. BRAVO!!! I highly recommend him.
