Dr. Traci K Radford, MD

I've been holding off on writing this review because I've been a patient of Dr. Joyce Danter and Dr. Radford for well over a decade, maybe even two. Dr. Danter has been my primary physician for years, and she's the main reason I've continued coming to this office for so long. She's always made me feel seen, heard, and genuinely cared for. To be honest, I'm nervous to even share this. I've debated whether to say anything at all because I truly love my doctor and fear some kind of retaliation or being treated differently as a patient. But I also feel like it's important to be honest about what's been going on. Over time, I've noticed a steady decline in the communication and overall organization of the office. For a while, the issues were frustrating but manageable. Lately, though, I honestly have no idea what's going on when I try to get in touch. I don't feel confident that my information is being relayed to the right people, and I never know who I'm speaking to because no one… introduces themselves on the phone. Tyra was amazing. I've left multiple voicemails and messages without ever receiving a response. The only time I get through is if someone happens to pick up, which feels completely random. As of today, the phone line is down again, something I've experienced before. There is an online portal to send messages, but I don't use it often, so I'm not sure if that's a more reliable way to reach them. A few weeks ago, I showed up for what I thought was an in-person appointment, only to find the office closed. They did let me in, but it was awkward and uncomfortable. I was told that all Wednesday appointments are virtual and that the system had sent out incorrect confirmations. Apparently, this has been an ongoing issue for months, and only upper management can fix it, yet nothing's been done. I was also told there's no way for the office to notify patients of changes. I'll admit I lost my cool that day, not just because of the mix-up, but because it felt like the final straw in a long series of avoidable miscommunications. It's honestly heartbreaking to feel this way about a practice I've trusted and been loyal to for so long. I'm still here because of Dr. Danter and because it's hard to walk away from a place that once felt so personal and caring. But the experience now is simply not what it used to be, and that's been really disappointing.

Spare yourself....the staff is a revolving door. They assure you insurance will cover your visit and then it doesn't and they can't seem to remember the conversation. So many fantastic doctors out there..... this is just not one worth your time.

Dr. Bradford listens and attends to any concerns I voice. I feel like we are a team and that she values what I say. Most important is when I have had a puzzling problem she follows the usual standard of care for a reasonable time frame. Any time the treatment was unsuccessful I have been referred tow specialist on that field.

While I agree with the description of Dr. Radford as a smart and thorough doctor, I don't feel I was diagnosed correctly, and spent many visits trying to get treatment for a condition that was never fully addressed. This resulted in finally seeking out another specialist for complete recovery.I also concur with the office staff being subpar. I was given the wrong prescription once, and had to call several times to get this corrected. There was absolutely no follow-up by Dr. Radford's staff after lab results returned and I frequently had to call and check the status of my tests. All in all, a good practice, but there is definitely room for improvement.

I really love Dr. Radford, and will continue to see her because of her. Unfortunately, her office staff is terrible at follow through. Specifically, the person responsible for calling in prescriptions and renewing prescriptions.

I have been a patient of Dr. Radford's fo almost ten years.I highly recomend her. She is attentive and thorough in patient care. Very importanat to me is that she is a good listener and communicator.

Extremely conscientuous. Detailed. Quickly diagonosed several health problems iver the years.
