Dr. Tracie Denise Swayden, MD

I have phoned twice this morning to be put on hold - and long, extended periods until I hung up and called back. Again asked to hold and I said NO the female individual said "I have someone in front of me"!! Either the staffing is off, or the individual is not well trained. If this is any indication of the care you get IF you ever get through to make an appt, I am abit leary of the quality. I made one more attempt to get the same response but I yelled NO and again put on hold, but only for abit only to find out that this group is not in my network. Their webpage says they are!

Friendly staff. Comfortable waiting room. Dr Swayden professional, courteous, knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Front office staff was awesome and sweet! Dr. Swayden was very fast, my worries seemed not to worry her a bit. I have a ton of moles and I was worried about a couple, she literally looked at them for a second and said, "no not worried." She removed one to have biopsied because I asked for her to. I literally have a ton if moles and it took her 2 minutes to look me over. So I'm not sure of she's just "that good" or if she cares for about the cosmetic part of her business.

The office staff in rude and unprofessional. Avoid this place if at all possible!

I really like Dr. Swayden. However, the staff never has charged the correct amount. They over charge you with the excuse that the insurance only pays X amount of dollars. When the reality is that they have no idea. I am always do over a $100.00 dollar refund. Which I do get because I call after I get the insurance EOB in the mail. I love the location and the Doctor, but I wish she would higher front staff that has prior experience in a Doctor's office. I would refer more to her and it would go a long way in keeping the patient happy!

Very happy I got to go to this office for my skin needs. This was a second opinion from a previous doctor and I am happy that Dr Swayden and her staff were very professional and give you Full attention and take their time to answer every question to detail. My previous doctor made me purchase around $500 of products instead of trying to save me money or give me samples. Dr Swayden has given me samples twice and gave me brouchures in case I want to buy the products. Also, the second time I saw her, my insurance overpaid and I was told I didn't need to pay anything and if the insurance overpays again, I would receive a refund check in the mail. She made me completely comfortable and answered all my questions and did not rush me out of the office while I clearly saw a lot of people waiting to be seen. Another experience I was not used to from the previous doctor. I recommend Dr Swayden to anyone because I think she cares about her patients. Just wish I would have found her first.

I came in for a biopsy on my nose was BCC and she did a biopsy without giving me antibiotics for MVP didn't even look at my chart. Then set surgery for 7 weeks out knowing full well the surgeon didn't take my insurance, I went in for pre-op, for her to tell me this and that I could wait another 3 or 4 months cause its not life threatening. Skin cancer needs to be taken care of asap.My husband took off the day of surgery they should have informed me of this sooner so he would not take off and I could find a surgeon on my insurance. I talked to her staff 4 times to find out my deductible and costs ect. No one told me this. Staff is not quick to return phone calls and some didn't even call me back. Dr. has a callused bed side manor as does some of the staff. Please do not waste your time on this Dr.

I went today for my second visit with Dr. Swayden. I went for a xeomin treatment. This office says on there company website that they price match. My last visit was my first time to this office and the doctor price matched xeomin for ten dollars a unit. This visit I brought the ad and went to pay and explained I wanted the ten dollar price. She said Dr. S should have no problem with this and proceeded with checkout. I gave her my payment and left. When I got to my car I looked at my receipt and they had charges me 576 dollars I knew this wasnt correct. I called the office and spoke with the girl at the front desk. I proceded to tell her what I had been charged was to much. She looked at what she had charged me and told me she charged me twelve dollars per unit. I was very upset because we had just had this conversation and she said she would ask the Dr. If she could change it. The doctor told her that she would not match it this time but maybe next time. I was very upset the only… reason I went here is to be able to get the same price as last time as they told me I would get. I have referred three of my friends here and will not be referring anymore. I believe if I would have caught the mistake before I left they would have fixed it. But because I left they just said No. I will not be returning to this office because I feel I was cheated out of my money. I have two children and I am on a budget as most moms are. So when this office says they will match any price you better make sure before you pay.

I must say one of the BEST Places I have even been to ! Everyone in the Office is just so Nice and they Truly are there to Help you , I have never been Greeted with such a Warm Good Morning , Dr. Swayden is so Amazing if not for her i Would still have Skin cancer ,She really helped put me at ease with everything from helping find me a Doctor that would remove the Cancer to teaching me about how to Prevent it from coming back, I'm so glad I found her. She is the best out there , I honestly don't think i could ever go anywhere else!
