Dr. Tracy M Baser-Decker, MD

Dr. Decker is simply the best pediatrician in Tucson! She has been a real asset to my family. Her diagnostic skills are superb and she does an excellent job of explaining the particulars to my husband and I. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Decker for her expertise and her professionalism in pediatrics.

Dr Tracy is a wonderful pediatrician. She was the only doctor I have ever felt at ease with, and she makes sure you understand what the diagnosis is, as well as going through the steps as to what she is doing for the procedure. Kids really need this, and makes them feel at ease when they know what to expect. Although she can be loud when she talks, It's better than a soft spoken doctor that I have to strain to hear. She is a great doctor and I love the staff there as well. Highly recommend. If you have her as your kids doctor consider yourself lucky. I moved away to another state and have not found another pediatrician that I like as much.

Dr. Baser-Decker is a wonderful pediatrician. I don't know what the other person is talking about. She is very caring and willing to listen to me. She explains things thoroughly and takes her time during the visit. She is gentle and interactive with the children, taking into account their age to make it more comfortable. She has never tried to push anything political. She does her job and does it well. She addresses my concerns and is willing to do any necessary follow-up. The nurse Joanne is also a great part of her team. I have several friends and family members that take their children to Dr. Baser-Decker and they rave about her. She is a great, caring pediatrician that is very professional and also has a mom point-of-view!

This woman gives the impession she just got out of kindergarten, if you like that in a doctor of your child. Seems politiics driven, overly fashion conscious and out of touch. I'd stay away.
