Dr. Tracy Ann Carter, MD

Dr. Carter made feel very comfortable, informed and cared about. She answered my questions and thoroughly explained her answers.

Love this office! Never a long wait- always friendly staff and always a pleasant visit.

see someone else for your procedure... she didn't explain anything or give me options. i had to ask the nurse on my way out what was going on and what she ordered for me. day of the procedure, nothing was explained, and it was traumatizing to say the least. due to the nature of her profession, she needs to be more sensitive and patient. she is not a trauma informed care provider.

Although her pt load increased substantially recently, she is quick, informative, very friendly and straight forward with your care.

Terrible attitude and rude staff

Love going there, the staff is amazing they are all so friendly and Dr. Carter took excellent care of me in my high risk pregnancy. She send me to and excellent MFM and was in contact with him in every appointment. I was there every single week to have tests done and even though I was stressed about the pregnancy they all made me feel better and did everything they could to make me feel safe.

Went in to see dr carter. This was my third visit to her and every visit is rushed. Very rude when im trying to ask questions and get answers. Like she was annoyed that i had concerns. Rushed in and rushed out. Didnt wash her hands when entering my room. Only wore one glove while doing my precedure. Not at all proffesional. When my results came back she did not call me she had her secretary call me. Had my results confused with other peoples results twice... Will not be going back.

Seeing Dr. Carter is a complete waste of time, she doesn't care about helping people. She is condescending and does not listen to the patient... don't waste your time and money visiting her.

I've been to this Dr a total of four times, but won't be going back. Am gonna find a new GYN. The staff is unfriendly, especially the medical assistant that works with Dr. Carter. No smile or any warm greeting. Cold and to the point. She even seemed annoyed that I was there. Dr. Carter rushes through appointment. Barely even says hello. I felt very awkward and unwelcome. Two of my appointments were for biopsies to look for cancer. When the results came back abnormal she wasn't the one to call me, her secretary did. I thought that was unprofessional. I felt like she didn't really address my concerns and I didn't feel comfortable asking her questions because I could feel she was in a rush and uninterested. She was in such a hurry in my first appointment that she forgot to do the Pap test even tho it was left out for her. I'm a nurse and have an expectation when it comes to physicians and their staff. Unfortunately, this office fell way below my expectation. I am in process of… finding a new practitioner.

After waiting forever for her to come in the room, she storms in like she has no time. Spent more time on telling me things I already knew then actually listening to what I was trying to tell her. If your not having a baby you are just a body with no importance. Also I don't think wearing flip flops and nose rings in the office is very professional. I could have got the same crappy treatment from a practicing college student with out the cost. Her staff also is rude and unwelcoming.
