Dr. Tracy Godfrey, MD

We used Dr. Godfrey as a "Civil Surgeon" to complete the medical examination needed for the immigration process. After completing the tests and sending in the SEALED ENVELOPE the physician must provide, we waited to gain our ID number. After 65 days, we received a letter stating that we have to restart the process because Dr. Godfrey FORGOT TO SIGN the form. This is not just a simple mistake. When looking over the form, there is just one area that must be signed. In other words, this $280 procedure (which is $170 just for the privilege of seeing Dr. Godfrey) didn't merit the time to do the one thing Dr. Godfrey had to do: sign a paper. When asking the office about this monumental screw-up (since now we have to wait an additional 2 months for the process, costing us 1000's of dollars), they simply said "sorry, nothing we can do to help. Forms are hard sometimes." What a joke of an organization.

My husband and myself appreciated the fact that Dr Godfrey cared enough to find out what the problem was, and helped us!

First time visit was exceptional, we only waited about 10 minutes....we were both seen at that time, Dr. Godfrey was very curtious, and very caring....which means alot to my husband and myself.
