Dr. Tracy Phuong Tram, MD

Dr, Tram is a horrible doctor. She doesn't care about her patients and she would be mad and rude with you if you're trying to ask more questions or have any concerns about your health. She should not be working as a doctor. Don't trust her for any medications that she gave you. I have never experienced any doctor who is so rude and disrespect like her in my life. If I could I would give her zero star for her careless and rudeness. She doesn't even call me back when my test is positive. I need to call her to ask for the test results. That shows how careless she is for her patients. I'm very disappointed about her. If you have insurance go to someone who you can trust and responsible for your health.

Dr. Tracy Tram presented herself as very unprofessional and hung up the phone call on me on both of my phone conversations with her. Her office staffs are equally rude. I seriously recommend that people do their research before dealing with this doctor.

I'm looking a family doctor for my wife because she wants to change family doctor. I went through all the doctors on the list who are female and speak Vietnamese. With each doctor I google her background and patient's review. With this doctor, there are the most reviews (69) with positive evaluation. That's why I refer this doctor for my wife to make a decision. I'm writing this review to let the doctor and her office that the reviews of patients are very important. Hope I don't make mistake in choosing this doctor.

Misdiagnosis on several occasions!! Horrible doctor!!!

I scheduled an appointment for vaccination and confirmed the vaccine availability prior to the appointment; however, when I arrived and waited for 35 minutes for my appointment, the doctor told me that they donâ??t have the vaccine. I rescheduled the appointment the second time and ended with the same issue. Apparently, the front office forgot to order the vaccine again. This is unacceptable since I have to take time off from work for each of the appointments. The worst part is they treat the situation so casually and did not even apologize for the mistake. How can a doctor office being so careless about thing like this? They should have respect their patience time and be more professional about the mistake.

You schedule an appointment only to wait 1 hour+ to be seen. Once you are seen she spends the most minimal time with you. I would call this experience a drive-thru physician. Every appointment felt rushed and she barely listened to my concerns. After 2 years with her sub-par care I finally changed primary physicians and found out I have been missing out on high quality care. Avoid if possible.
