Rude staff, terrible communication, and unauthorized hidden charges! I had a routine annual Pap smear here and the provider performed an extra fecal exam without my knowledge, consent, or authorization. No one mentioned it was a separate test or that it wasn't covered by standard preventive care. Now, I am being billed $260 out-of-pocket for a procedure I never asked for. When you try to resolve an issue, the office staff are incredibly rude and completely ignore patients. I sent a formal dispute to management, and they haven't even bothered to respond. This office lacks transparency, proper communication, and basic respect for patients. Check your bills closely and go elsewhere if you want to be treated professionally.

They are ore more interested in overbooking patients to maximize profits. You are just another number.

This would’ve have been My first gynecologist appt with Her but Her staff forgot to make their usual courtesy call to remind Me & I had a tragic ongoing family emergency the day of My appt & it slipped My mind/Igot slammed with a $75 no show bill/Now don’t forget, I never saw Dr Zlobl for a gynecologist appt before so I had signed no paperwork stating that if I didn’t show up I had to pay $75/I asked to speak to Her Husband who is the billing debt & the rude girl Josie said no-He said I have to pay it & that the next time a no show charge would be $195.00/Josie said I’m hanging up now & hung up in My ear! Unacceptable & unprofessional! Stay clear!

I’ve never come across a more rude receptionist at a doctor’s office ever. I left extremely disappointed and very upset. I arrived exactly 7 minutes late to the appointment and the receptionist said she called me yesterday and left a message warning I could not be late. I never received this message because I had just got a new phone and my voicemail was not set up yet. They cancelled my appointment and charged me $150. I had to take personal time from my job as a teacher to be there and it was all for nothing.

I have seen Dr. Zlobl for about 5 years and have had nothing but a very smooth and pleasant experience with her, and also with the nurse and staff The wait has been minimal. I leave the office feeling happy. The nurse and the doctor take more than ample time with me and ask me questions I didn't even have. VERY thorough............happy customer here and would highly recommend the office and the staff and most of all the beautiful Dr. Tracye Zlobl. Barbara Collins

I wish there were negative 5 stars here because that’s what Dr.Zlobl and her staff deserve. Rude , incompetent, and nasty nurse and receptionist. No answer to calls, twice wrote the wrong prescription which was dangerous to my health. Will not see you if you are a few minutes late , but you could wait for hours to see her . Awful place in so many ways, which is why so many people have written these bad reviews .Stay away from this office ! They treat you horribly.

Went in for a routine exam.It was the most painful exam I've ever had! Thanked my lucky stars, she never delivered my babies! Also, although I never asked, she suggested plastic surgery. Never before or since have I experienced such an insensitive, inappropriate Dr.

Very professional. Gentle manner. Took appropriate amount of time to explain my condition and treatment suggestions. Put me at ease.

I do not know what medicine I am on. She put a pellet in me but I don't know what is in it. There is no discussion of blood test results, so I don't know how I am doing.

Dr, Zlobl spent a good amount of time talking with me. I felt that the doctor and staff were interested and caring.
