"The good: Everyone is very friendly. The rest: They disregarded their contract with my insurance company and made me pay up front for an exam covered 100% and then did not acknowledge they were also paid by the insurance company and I had to ask for the refund. I don't feel I received the same level of care they would recommend for their own family, which is the mark of good doctoring in my book. Then their scheduler called me to book an appointment, but gave me a different date than they gave the office, so I wasted my time going in, and not being seen, at my appointed time, at which time, I canceled the other appointment, but just had to cancel it again a week later after receiving a notice of my upcoming appointment time. Dr. Nguyen has been a disappointing experience."

The stuff is so rude.They never let you make appoint with Dr.Nguyen.Dr.Nguyen is a great Doctor but her stuff sucks.

I have never actually seen Dr. Nguyen so this is more a review of the way this office is run. I saw the PA once last year and the NP this year. Both times I had samples sent for testing and didn't hear results until weeks later. During my most recent visit I was given a strep test I. The office which came back negative. I had a culture sent off for more extensive to testing just to make sure I did not have it. I was assured the results would only take a couple of days. I never heard anything from the office until TWO WEEKS later that my test came back positive for strep. Plus the person that called me was a receptionist who had no medical knowledge. They should have at least had a nurse call me. I wouldn't visit this office if you want timely lab results.
