Dr. Travis Fisher, MD

Billing department mistakes, and poor communication between Doctor and patient getting prescriptions refilled. Do not use this office or doctors in this office. You will be very fustrated.

I enjoyed seeing Dr. Fisher, but working with the staff in that clinic has been a joke. The receptionists would not even open the window to help you. And as soon as they are finished with you the window is immediately closed. I had two prescriptions that were not received at the pharmacy so when the pharmacy tried to get it refilled they just ignored it. There was 3 requests for a refill. Would you as an individual not consider that there might be a problem with it. A caring person would try to get a hold of the patient to see what was happening. When I finally got a hold of someone in prescriptions they said I would have to wait 2 more days to get it called into the pharmacy. I asked if it could be rushed and was told no. I said that I might need to change doctors and she said she didn’t care. Now I totally understand why he is still looking for new patients, his staff makes it hard for him to keep the ones he already has. They definitely need some customer relations refresher… training.

My grandmother, mother, daughter and myself (even my husband started to see him) were all patient's of Dr. Fisher. I went to several doctors and never felt comfortable. Dr. Fisher found out what was wrong with me on my first visit. My mother adored Dr. Fisher and when he left Albuquerque she ALWAYS wished he was still her doctor, even to her dying day, she asked for him. Dr. Fisher is the doctor that cares for his patients. I wish I could still have him as my doctor. Our family followed him from Rio Rancho to Albuquerque NM but unfortunately I can't follow him to Arizona. Moved here 4 months ago from Cincinnati. At 65 years old I have my fair share of issues that require a great physician who listens. Dr. Fisher is the best period. If you can find a better doctor good luck. I was very lucky and fortunate to locate him not knowing anything about Mesa. I'm very picky also and feel comfortable knowing he's there for my wife and me.

Dr. Fisher is by far the worst doctor I've ever meet. Completely rude rolling his eye's and extremely dismissive. Doesn't even bother with eye contact or shaking your hand. Also Its hard to take medical advice from someone who looks like he is soon to be on his death bed from obesity. Prescribed a med that was known to give a bad side effect to my wife, and told her to keep taking it after we informed him again. He is a burnout of a doctor stay away.

I am so glad Dr. Fisher is my doctor. He is kind, listens to me, and doesn't rush out the door.

Dr. Fisher is just about one of the kindest Dr.'s I have ever met.You know if you see 1 of those old movies,like when a small town Dr. gives them a home visit.And you think-It sure isn't like that nowadays??Well,I don't think he'll do a home visit,but,In this Crazy,Buzy world,when that door closes,Dr.Fisher makes you feel like you're his only Patient.Rare,For 2011.He's Great!!

doctor fisher is always in a good mood,very easy to talk to. he is well informed and cares about his patients.
