Dr. Trevor Michael Olsen, MD

I had kidney stone procedures recently performed by Dr. Olsen. Him, his staff, and Warren General Hospital staff were all exceptional and are exude professionalism. I have zero complaints and zero pain. I’ll recommend them to anyone. Much respect. Thanks ??

Dr. Olsen removed Kidney stones from my right urethra and inserted a stent. I also had a stone in my left Kidney that was not causing me pain at the time. Dr. Olsen said when he got back from his vacation he would discuss with me the removal of that one. Four days later that one started causing me extreme pain. I called the Warren emergency room and they had no Urologist available, since he was gone, therefore I went to Hamont Emergency room in Erie. They relived my pain and removed the stone. When I went back to Dr. Olsen to have the stent removed, he started screaming at me for going to Erie to have the other stone removed. I asked him to stop screaming at me and he stated that he just talks loud! Believe me he was screaming as my wife could he him down the hall and I was in a room with the door closed. He also started trashing the Erie doctor that removed my stone, which I thought was very unprofessional. I have had great experiences at the Warren Emergency room and… hospital, but I will never go back to Dr. Olsen. He is rude, arrogant, disrespectful and unprofessional.

He knows what he is doing! Very informative and caring. His staff is the best!! Highly recommend Dr. Olsen and his staff.

Arrogant, belligerent, condescending. Just not a nice person. And doesn't seem to care that he's that way.

Horrible office staff. Can’t get in when you need to. They never return calls. The worst doctors office I’ve ever been to.

Would never recommend would rather travel multiple hours away then see Doctor

Use more lay mans terms. Procurers & after effects not explained well / fully. Explaynations are quick.
