Dr Starnes was fantastic. He was thorough evaluating my issue and was able to recommend some options for recovery.

The dr was quick to see me and very pleasant.

I can't pinpoint why I just didn't feel comfortable with Dr. Starnes. I felt a bit intimidated & he spoke to me like I was crazy. I think his diagnosis was incorrect as he completely dismissed my account of how/when my hand pain started. TBH, the ONLY pleasant person I encountered at the Woodstock office was the X-ray tech. Will try Resurgeons instead.

About 5 minutes during the consultation. Deeply palpated joint then states “bursitis.” Ordered MRI, handed exercises when told completed in past and causes immense pain. Poor bedside manner.

If you like to sit and wait for an hour and a half. Then wait another 1/2 hour waiting on Dr let them wait to come into the room to look at my finger(which took 10 minutes, Dr let them wait then has us wait another 20 minutes to get the paperwork done. I left. Time is money and I don’t need to go to someone who doesn’t value your time. If you go, take war and peace, you’ll have time

Dr Starnes was very professional and helped me with my problem.

Dr. Starne has a very professional demeanor, he does thorough examinations, and has clear communication, often highlighting his exceptional bedside manner and ability to make complex medical information understandable. All the staff that I encountered were very courteous, professional and polite.
