Dr. Trevor Thompson

Dr.Thompson has been my Dermatologist at Banner for a few years now. I have found him to be patient, understanding , kind caring and the kind of Dr that seems to be harder to find now than 15 -20 Years ago. Which is a good thing. I especially like the way he presents various treatment options.

Have been having skin cancer issues for years with many doctors, this Dr. is tops and I too take exception to the negative one star reviews!

My wife and I are both patients of Dr. Thompson, and take deep exception to the few very negative comments we've seen online about Dr. Thompson. We are both extremely impressed with all aspects of his care: attentiveness, depth of knowlege, thoroughness of examination and treatment, and his willingness to take the time needed to insure we understand all facets of his recommendations.

I question if this "dermatologist " is really a licensed doctor. He never came close to me to see the sores on my scalp and the rash on my face. He had the girl enter the information regarding why I was there. He didn't swab, or do anything to get a diagnosis from a lab. The exam room had nothing in it but a chair and a exam chair. No lights, head lamps, gauze..nothing like other dermatologists I have went to in the past. He then said I had impetigo... Really? I'm not a child putting my fingers in my mouth.. and this didn't look anything close to what he said. He gave me nothing... Charged my insurance... For Nothing!! A Fraud... Beware. Also, my daughter is a Aesthetician and works for a dermatologist in Newport California. I told her everything and she told her doctor... He told me to leave a review so others won't be "Taken".

Would never ever go back to Trvor Thompson, got staff infection 2or3 days after surgury, in hospital 5 days on heavy antibiotics, went back met another lady who just had surgury who had staff infection, shortly after office in Fountain Hills was closed. Marty Roach.

Dr. Thompson is a caring, friendly, and a welcoming skin Doctor. Knows his stuff, plus his staff are down to earth people. They all speak in plain English, not in confusing medical terms so when you leave his office you know what is up with your skin, ansd what to do to protect yourself.

Dr Thompson was very nice and explained everything very well. I really liked him and have already recommended him

No huge solution for my issue. I could have did better looking up things on the intranet and saving the copay. Nothing prescribed to me, even after I told the nurse I have tried numerous varieties of OTC products. I will not be going back for this and for other reasons.
