Terrible experiences with him. Did a 2 min video chat to go over blood work and was charged more than in person. Not helpful at all and terrible follow up and long wait times.

I saw Dr. Lee through Kelsey Seybold Endocrinology for almost 2 years. After my insurance coverage changed, he was no longer covered and I had to switch doctors. That is when I discovered that I was not getting the best possible treatment under Dr.Lee. I was asked for all bloodwork results done by him and found out I was not being tested regularly for anything other than T4 and TSH. No T3 at all for 2 years... this wasn’t the only missing work. Seems to be a pattern at Kelsey Seybold Endocrinology dept! Beware

The short wait in the lobby was the only positive thing about my experience with Dr Tri Lee. They had to reschedule my appointment twice, once because he was out of town. He rushed the whole appointment. Thought he seemed knowledgeable, he would not let me finish a sentence. He was in a hurry to get out as soon as he walked in. It took some time for us to agree on a new prescription. I had to call to refill my prescription before my second appointment. The nurses did not call back. It always takes a couple of calls to get a response from the doctor. And the nurses are annoyed with me when I have to call again. Dr Lee only refilled one prescription, without checking any labs before deciding to take away one of them. He said he would not discuss any results or refill my until my visit which was two months after I had called to get my prescriptions refilled. When I wanted to discuss other symptoms he dismissed them. When I told him I get depressed when my levels are too low he told me… to got talk to another doctor, a psychologist or a disability doctor because it was unrelated to my condition.

I've been seeing Dr. Lee for 4 years. He listens carefully and takes all the time I need to explain causes and treatments. He and his staff are highly competent and very professional yet at the same time provide personal attention. One of the best doctors I've ever visited.
