Dr. Moss takes the time to truly listen to her patient, and understand what they are trying to get across. I have never felt uncomfortable even when certain situations would commonly create those feelings. She is very well versed and is easy to speak to. I have never had such a wonderful primary care physician. The office staff is kind, prompt and efficient. The fellow doctors are also very easy to speak with when Dr. Moss is unavailable.

Dr Moss was patient with me. She put me at ease right away...and I'm a scaredy cat. The staff was friendly. I recommend her to everyone.

I manage several medical clinics that are not associated with Dr. Moss or her organization. I am always impressed by her and by most of her staff. (All but one at the front desk actually and I havent seen her in months.) Knowing how difficult it is to hire and keep motivated, good support staff; while staying with in the budget constraints of for prophet health care companies, I am ever impressed by all but the aforementioned people who work there.Dr. Moss herself is always as pleasant as if she has no other function in life but to care for me. My wife is also a patient of Dr. Moss and loves her dearly. She is an inspiration to me in my practice and I never leave her company without picking up some idea of a way to improve the care in my offices. Although my focus is management and I am not a doctor, Dr. Moss always listens and seems to consider my opinions; then makes me feel a part of my medical decisions. I loved once; when I asked her a question about a new lab test, she told me… she didnt know and we looked it up together. It takes a confident secure human being to admit to someone paying for your wisdom, that you are not the Omni knowledgeable sage of modern medicine. Obviously no person knows everything but I prize a person smart enough to know when they dont know.

Dr Moss is excellent! She is caring, thorough, willing to take the time to discuss/explain things. Plus the wait time has always been minimal for me which is a definite plus in my book!

I just love Dr Moss. She is a very careing doctor
