Tried to get orders for bloodwork that should have already been faxed and this office personnel are nightmares. Specifically Heather and Gabby! I have never met such unprofessional medical personnel! Cancelled my appts and I will find another nephrologist!

I do not think she has best interest of your health in her mind. She is always in rush and always on her cell phone. I switched my care to another doctor. I am sick of her bad bedside manners and wrong diagnosis. I do not think I needed kidney dialysis. She keep pushing me to dialysis. I AM NOT ON DIALYSIS AND HAPPILY ALIVE!.

Worse nightmare. I can't understand her English. Seems like she is totally confused and lacks knowledge. I will not go back to her office ever again.

She does not listen to my complaints. I stopped going to her office. She does not care about my health. So I care less about her. Go some where else!

She is so bad. All of us in dialsis hates her. every body wants her to be transferred away. But she is a nightmare.

Dr. Trinidad Lim is courteous, professional, and caring toward my mother who is experiencing problems with the kidneys. She was thorough and should a willingness to consider all possibilities.
