Rude and condescending. Overtreatment and excessive procedures. I can't write enough reviews on how horrifying this experience was. She yelled at me without explaining what the circumstances with my child were. Insisted he needed a root canal. Wanted me to take my child downtown to the dentistry school to have students perform a root canal on him. Took him to another dentist, got a second opinion and paid out of pocket for a procedure to have the tooth fixed that was NOT a root canal. She spent no time with me. She did not explain the issue and spoke to me like a subordinate. She lacks communication skills and seems to lack proper knowledge in her own field. She has bad bedside manners and appears to be in her profession for the money as helping people doesn't seem to be in her wheelhouse. My best suggestion is avoid at all costs. Please Google and read reviews like I should have.

My kids love going to see Dr Onesti. Her staff is patient with the kids, they explain what procedures they will be performing that day and what to expect. Her office is very kid friendly. We have never had a long wait to get seen, and they take their time with the children. Every time we walk in we receive warm greetings. I recommend her practice to anyone looking for a caring place to take their kids.

If you want the very best professional care and compassion for the young - go no further. Dr. Onesti is amazing. Would recommmend her to anyone.

Dr. Trista Onesti is an excellent dentist. She has a huge heart and compassion for my children. They feel safe and comfortable in her office. I would highly recommend her to anyone with children!
