There are many issues with this doctor's office but I will only the three sufficient problems I incurred during the three months of appointments I had. I rescheduled an appointment as I needed to work and I was told since I was rescheduling the doctor would not refill my pain medication nor the wound cream to help with healing. Again, I did not miss an appointment but needed to reschedule from a Thursday to Monday. Secondly, there is no consistency within the office on what procedures are accurate. I called one day to find out of the refill could be faxed over to doctors I was told yes, the next day different person different answer. Lastly, the doctor informed me to "man up" in regards to dealing with the pain during debridement as the numbing cream did not seat on my open foot ulcer long enough.
