We have the oppotunity to interact with the doctor via phone and he does show concern towards new patient once he understands patient's current condition. He calls and followups afterwards to ensure that we follow his recommendations. He's a good doctor!

I was told by his receptionist (who is also his wife), that he wouldn't see me because I was currently on Ativan for anxiety. She said the doctor does not see any new patients who are currently prescribed controlled medications. I told her I have really bad panic attacks and she told me to have a nice day, then hung up on me!

If you are taking any substances and I am talking ANY substances like nicotine, weed, etc, they will not accept you as a patient. If you are suffering from a mental illness and are looking help this is definitely not the place to go. They do not care about potential patients and will not help you look for alternative solutions.
