Dr Ly & his office staff and PA’s Zach & Amber are the very BEST! Every experience we had with them in person, over the phone, after hours calls post op, follow up have been what every patient hopes healthcare will be. Attentive, kind, present care. My experience with Dr. Ly was a good one, in a bad situation. He explained my situation in a manner I could understand and put me at ease about the surgery. He explained what he had done and what I could expect my life to be like going forward, concerning my heart.

Dr Ly has a very good bed side manor. He did open heart surgery on my husband, he is a very good Dr.

Dr. Ly was recommended to me by my cardiologist. There may be equal surgeons in San Antonio, but none better. Dr. Ly is immiently qualified, informative, accessible and compassionate. I couldn't recommend anyone higher.

A simple biopsy turned into a calapsed lung, my heart stopping, cpr then reincubation...Things happen and I understand that but the Dr. flat out lied to my face as to what happened....I'm sure they were afraid that I would sue him....This procedure has probably shortened my life by a year or so with the damage I received during the chest compressions!
