Negative 20 is more like it. I guess some people just want the title and status and don’t really care about the person. Disgusting

Went to see Dr. Trinh for heartburn, inflammation and what Dr. Trinh wrote down as dysphagia (involuntarily throwing up stomach bile). I had X-rays & an endoscopy (with biopsies taken to test for cancer and allergies). Dr. Trinh was interested to see if I had Celiac disease (I knew I didn't because I ate bread and never felt sick). They found plenty of stomach bile...but I was not given any medication to treat it. As with the previous appt I was told to take omeprazole without her discussing LT side effects and given NOTHING for the stomach bile regurgitation. Furthermore, I was NEVER given a copy of the lab results. I requested med records in person last year & on their website last month and still, I have nothing. I do remember her telling me to come back in two years to make sure I didn't have esophageal PRE-CANCEROUS cells. WHY would I wait to GET CANCER (or precancerous cells) TO BE TAKEN SERIOUSLY?? WHY would I come back to her?!? She should have her med license taken away.

Nurses call you to tell you they don't have your procedure results even though medical records tells you that they do. Very unprofessional, extremely rude over the phone, and make you feel bad for wanting to know what is going on with your health. I will never come back here and I highly advise going literally anywhere else.

Dr. Trinh is possible one of the worst physicians you could go to if you are in pain and would like someone to provide you with care and answers. Not only does she not listen to you during your appointments but you can almost guarantee to never hear from her after she performs procedures on you. She will have your results for days at a time without even opening them and will not tell you what they say. Her nurses/PAs do not call you back no matter how many times you leave them messages and no one cares about giving you answers. Everyone in the office is extremely unprofessional and rude and do not care about their patients. Seriously, go anywhere else besides here. Waste of time, energy and money.

Dr. Trinh is possibly one of the worst physicians to go to if you are in pain and would like answers/someone who cares about their patients. Not only will she not listen to you during your appointments, but she will not contact you with results of the procedures she performed afterwards. No one in her office answers the phone and no matter how many times you call/leave messages for her PA/nurses, no one will contact you back. She will have your results for days without even opening them even though you are in pain. She is unprofessional and I highly highly recommend you DO NOT go to her. Go anywhere else, literally.

Dr Trinh did my first colonoscopy and now 5 yrs later I’m back again. She is professional, explained throughly the procedure. Gave me a full review and photos after the procedure. It went soo smoothly.

It is very difficult to make an appointment. The staffs are very rude and unknowledgeable; however, Dr. Truc Trinh is nice and friendly.

Dr. Trinh is very knowledgeable and professional. I have had two colonoscopies and two endoscopic procedures over the years by Dr. Trinh. Both times she explained everything before and after the procedures to include giving me a folder with images of what was learned, along with any guidance on follow-up actions. The general office area can be crowded with many people but the staff is cordial and informative.
