Dr. Tung San Chez, MD

Today a patient had a walked in for a regular check up. From the second of the conversation he became very unprofessional. Asking about patient other doctor when this patient simply thought he would have a the documents he needed and became frustrated and questioned weather the patient was telling the truth about the number of her blood pressure. The patient tried to speak about the issue she came in for witch is her heart. He kept insisting to speak about her personal life and she wanted to speak about her heart. He raised his hand and told her she can get out! She had a pressure that was above 150 and he repeated for her to leave! He should not have this office as a work place. He should have his license suspended. He’s very unprofessional and She want to find a way to resolve this issue. She still hasn’t been treated for issue because she was asked to leave. Now if something was to happen because his lack of effort who would suffer?

I am not sure if this is entirely on Dr. Chez. Might be on people who run his office. My grandma tried to schedule multiple times, she even showed up unannounced to complain that the new medication that was prescribed by Dr. Chez is not working well and that her blood pressure is shooting up to 180 but she got turned down multiple times. We are taking her now to Presbyterian Emergency Room because it's happening again. I might be emotional right now but regardless, there's no excuse for this treatment.

Dr. T. Chez is one of the most unprofessional doctors I have ever experienced. To have a patient waiting 45 minutes while talking politics with a vendor, is not acceptable.
