Dr. Tuong Tu Nguyen, MD

Dr. Nguyen is a phenomenal doctor and retina specialist. He was recommended to our family by a former head nurse from a prestigious local hospital. He did not disappoint. My mother is 103 and has macular degeneration. My husband has retina issues. Dr. Nguyen was incredibly informative and has the best chairside manner. I can't recommend him enough and hope he resettles at a Seattle office address now that he is no longer at Eye Associates NW. Their big loss!!!

Dr. Nguyen has helped me enormously through the years with serious eye problems. I am so grateful for his outstanding care, as well as the fact that he is personally caring and concerned, and takes time to make certain the patient understands everything. He is one of the best doctors I have ever encountered through many years.

Hi all I never experienced a worse service like this office staff . The good thing is short guy doctor that he can check your eye easy when he stand and you are laying on the chair, and you can catch up with his verbal English. The bad thing is his office Manager, an Asian girl, very arrogant and stuck up. She treated an immigrant patient next to me with no respect and staff around her just laughing at that poor person. They treat me OK, because I have insurance, but I feel sorry for the immigrant person, probably pay cash only, and got humiliate on negotiation that I overhear a partial English on that. Terrible manner from staff, hope they going to adjust their attitude, and not to annoying to other patients. The only reason I came here is I heard that doctor got Nobel prize on (???) . My bad experience is that I had not verifying thoroughly his record (off course John Hopkins is good Med School, but attitude and management style is different than credentiality). Not a second time… for me to visit.Eye doctor, the dollars vision of his girl friend as staff Manager.

Great doctor and his staffs in general!Just feel comfortable every time I see him for his comments and suggestions about my eye problems. So far I've had 2 eye surgery and was very successful.Thanks. :-)
